  • How long does it take to receive my shipment once my order is placed?
    A: Once you have placed your order, it will be delivered within 2-3 business days provided it is an in-stock item. If you require immediate assistance, please contact us so that we can assist you. If the products or accessories you are looking to purchase are out of stock in our warehouse, they are usually available within 5 business days.

  • Are you a Canadian company?
    A: Yes, we are a 100% Canadian owned company that operates out of Ottawa, Ontario Canada. We have a brick and mortar store and telephone number that we can be reached at; we are not a hobby-type business operating out of a garage or basement.

  • What happens if I receive the incorrect item?
    A:

  • I'm looking for a specific product/accessory but cannot find it on your website, can you get it for me?

    If you are in need of a product or accessory that is currently not listed on our website, please contact us. With our vast network of contacts with various suppliers, we can likely obtain the product or accessory you are looking for!   • Do you provide training?
    A: Yes we do! If you require training for your detail technician(s) please contact us - through our direct relationship with Auto Valet Canada, we have several training programs that are available to help train your detail technicians for optimal efficiency and profitability. For further details please contact your sales representative. 

  • How can I pay for my purchases?
    A: We accept payment via credit card (Visa & Master Card) and Paypal. At this time we do not accept money orders or payment with American Express. In certain cases, we do offer terms for on-account purchases for our car dealership and wholesale clients. Please contact us for further details, at: sales@luxeautolounge.com

  • How much does shipping cost?
    For Retail Customers
    A:
    Shipping is free to all of our retail customers for orders over $199 and in-store pickup is also available at our store in Ottawa. Online orders under $199 will be subject to nominal shipping & handling charges.

    For Car Dealerships & Wholesale Customers
    A: 
    Shipping is free to all local clients (new/used car dealerships, detail shops, car rental offices, body shops or wholesale end-users) in the Ottawa-Gatineau, Cornwall and surrounding areas. Please note that if you are ordering keg or drum sizes of product that there is a minimum 2 unit order (i.e. 2 kegs or drums must be ordered at the same time) in order to qualify for free delivery. Shipping charges apply for online orders outside of our primary market/service area.   • I am a car dealer or independent facility (i.e. used car store, detail shop, glass shop, rust proofing, etc) - can I get my own account?
    A: Yes! If you plan on purchasing detailing products and accessories from Luxe Auto Lounge, you must create your own account - it is simple and takes less than 5 minutes! If you have any questions about setting up an account please contact us by e-mail at sales@luxeautolounge.com
